Feeling sick

I've been nauseated and have had diarrhea for almost 24 hours now. I started out cramping a lot after my internal at my appointment yesterday and have just felt awful since then. I was up all night in the bathroom. I'm still really hoping this may be a pre-labor sign, but I'm not having many contractions and would prefer to feel better when I have this baby! I'm exhausted right now and have just layed around on the couch watching TV and trying to eat something. I'm hoping I feel better and have a baby soon!
